^Lot 123 Royal Crown Derby Edward Teddy Bear Paperweight

A Royal Crown Derby fine bone china paperweight identified as the Edward teddy bear. The figurine is modeled in a seated position with an Imari-influenced decorative scheme. The white glazed surface is accented with gilded fur markings and a blue and gold spotted bow tie. Multicolored floral patterns are applied to the paw pads. The underside is marked in red with 1997 ROYAL CROWN DERBY and includes a hand-painted artist mark in purple. The piece is housed in its original navy blue branded box.
