Lot 111 A Collection of Five Goebel M.I. Hummel Club Exclusive Edition Ceramic Figurines
This collection consists of five hand-painted ceramic figurines manufactured by Goebel in Germany, featuring the characteristic style of M.I. Hummel. The group includes various depictions of young girls in matte polychrome finishes. The first figurine depicts a seated girl wearing a crown of blue flowers with a bird perched on a nearby stump; the base features a handwritten dedication in black ink reading To Lisa Marie, signed G. Goebel and dated 10.30.85, alongside a blue printed Goebel W. Germany mark. The second figurine shows a standing girl holding a terracotta-colored pot with blue flowers, marked as an M.I. Hummel Club Exclusive Edition 1993/94 with a 1988 copyright. The third figurine depicts a girl holding a chain of red and yellow flowers, marked as an M.I. Hummel Club Exclusive Edition 1996/97 with a 1995 copyright; this piece includes an attached gold-toned metal tag identifying it as a First Issue (Erste Ausgabe).
