^Lot 1561 Sears Model 20 12 Ga NVSN

Post-WWII pump-action shotgun manufactured by High Standard Arms (as the Model 200) for Sears, Roebuck & Co. between 1946 and 1962. Advertised in the Sears catalog as the "De luxe Model" because it has a vent rib barrel and comes with the Choke Control System which uses adjustable FULL, IMP CYL & MOD chokes. It features a 27 1/4" (with adjustable choke)blued vent rib barrel. It has a brass bead front sight, 2 3/4" chamber. The receiver has the slide release on the left, push button safety in triggerguard. It has a checkered semi-beavertail forearm and a checkered grip shoulder stock black plastic grip cap, vented red rubber recoil pad with black spacer and name plate inlay in underside of stock. machine turned 'jeweled' bolt. Action is smooth, blue is about 98%, wood is excellent and the bore is excellent/bright . LOP is 14".
