Lot 1022 Savage Stevens 67 12 Ga #E700844
American made vintage slide action repeating shotgun chambered for 3" 12 gauge shells, and manufactured circa 1986 in Westfield, MA. Shotgun features a rattle-can camouflage finish, 28" round barrel, bore measures 'M' with a drop-in gauge, silver-toned bead front sight, 1/2 length tube magazine, smooth curved trigger with beveled edged, serrated sliding tang safety, and steel receiver. The hardwood furniture consists of a smooth wood semi-pistol grip shoulder stock, corn-cob style grooved wooden slide handle, 13-/12" length-of-pull, and ventilated rubber recoil pad. The camouflage refinish retained is approximately 86% with light scattered scratches, scuffs, minor edge wear, and losses on the stocks. Metal displays a small gouge on the top of the barrel about mid-way, and there was a small amount of observed rust on the muzzle. Bore is bright and shiny. The wood furniture is fair to good with scratches, dings, and some small hairline cracks on the shoulder stock. The action is smooth and crisp.
