The Mauser Es 350 B Championship Rifle was "considered one of the best standard target rifles available up to 1936." Short of a Es 360 Olympia Meistershaftsbüchse this rifle is the best for Mauser target rifles. Nice pre-war single shot .22lr Mauser ES.350B “Championship Rifle" made by Waffenfabrik Mauser at Oberndorf circa 1938. Second model variation with reduced 98' type action, blade extractor, flag safety and an adjustable trigger. Heavy 26½" tapered barrel stamped "ch51", fitted with a sliding micrometer rear sight and interchangeable front sight on a long ramp. The 14½” walnut stock is stamped with the Mauser banner on the right side and Mauser buttplate, checkered panels at wrist & forearm, narrow sling swivels. Serrated trigger, matching serial numbers, cocked indicator. The bore is excellent/bright, action is smooth, wood is overall very good with minor scratches/dents and the blue finish is about 95% with minor edge wear, handling wear on the bolt knob. Markings are highlighted in white.
