'Saddle Ring Carbine (SRC)' Lever action rifle manufactured circa 1920. Features saddle ring on left side of receiver, 20" round barrel, full length magazine tube, pinned high brass blade front sight, older replacement, ladder rear sight, smooth walnut forend & straight wristed buttstock, steel carbine buttplate. all Winchester markings are crisp/clear. Bore is dark/rough, rifling present. Barrel & magazine tube are blued, good coverage, thin form handling. Bands are mostly bare metal. Receiver is a dull gray/brown patina,scattered light pitting, mostly on the right side. Wood is good condition, appears lightly sanded, there is a small chip out of the left forearm filled with plastic wood.
Condition is NRA Good. C&R Firearm.
