There are a couple maroon spots of shallow scale over the talon holding the arrows and above the eagle's head, and a few more inside the wreath, as well as old hairline scratches on the date. Mint Error, struck out of register with an arc impressed on both sides flattening out the strike along the peripheries and leaving behind weaker details.
