1803 C-4 R-4 VF30Glossy olive with hints of light brown underneath and mint frost in some of the protected areas, especially on the reverse. A tiny rim nick over E in LIBERTY is the best identifying mark. There is one spot of microscopic roughness off the bust tip, otherwise smooth surfaces. The reverse is rotated 15 degrees CCW.
