1794 C-1a R-3 Large Edge Letters VF30XF45 sharpness or slightly better but there are several small, shallow planchet laminations scattered about the obverse, as struck. The most notable are at the eye, chin, and 79. There is also a thin lamination along the bottom of the denominator. A small rim nick under the I, another over the cap, and a few tiny ones on both sides are the only marks. Otherwise smooth and attractive on glossy dark chocolate and steel brown surfaces. M-LDS, Manley State 3.0 early.
