1835 N-6 R1 Head of 1834, Small 8 & Stars, PCGS graded MS63 BrownLustrous bluish steel brown with 10-15% of the original mint red remaining. Satiny mint frost covers this cent and the eye appeal is excellent. The only notable mark is a tiny nick right of the mouth. MDS, die state b late, with a very thin rim cud break (crumbling at the dentil roots) between stars 2 & 3 and the usual die line through the 835. The repunching on the right bottom of the C in AMERICA is dull but still visible and the reverse is not rotated. Called MS60 and tied for CC#4 in the Noyes census, his photo #37130.
