Non-Restricted - Marlin Safety Model 1894 in 25-20 M- This is a lever action rifle with tube magazine, action appears to be in good working order. Octagon barrel is 26", rifling is fair, bluing is speckled with some light pitting, has both sights, stock and forearm are good with usage marks, length of pull is 13 1/2", crescent metal butt plate good. Consignor lists this rifle left the Marlin Factory in September 1899. Ser # 163399
