Belle Poule - Tall Ships Belfast 2009 French naval training schooner the Belle Poule took part in the
Parade of Sail to mark the end of the Tall Ships event in Belfast.
The Belle Poule was launched on the 8th February 1932 and is a replica of a type of fishing vessel
which was used until 1935 off Iceland. She has a sister ship, the Étoile.
The schooner saw action in World War Two with the Free French Forces.
