This rifle was Made in Canada by Lakefield the company later taken over by Savage.
This rifle has a Stained hardwood Monte Carlo stock with pressed checkering & Faben buttplate.
20 3/4 inch barrel with factory iron sights plus grooved receiver.
Weighing 5.5 pounds, the rifle has a 10-round detachable box magazine and original open sights.
Bluing is good with 80% coverage - a few rough spots towards end of barrel.
Wood is excellant with no marks - probally been refinished.
