Well presented English Enfield in a sporterized military stock and built for hunting.
Barrel is 25 inches long with good bore. Barrel is marked Surrey.
Surrey stamped on top of the barrel is an indication that this rifle, rather than maintaining it's oriinal
military trim, has been professionally (to a degree) turned into a sporting rifle.
There was a company in Canada, it was either Globeco or Adanac, that did a booming business
converting these for the civil trade
Entire metal appears to have good original Military finish..
Stock is good in good condition with minimal marks and no cracks.
