^Lot 1359 WWII USMC Bolo Fighting Knife/Machete

Large bolo fighting knife/machete. 16 5/8" overall, with 11 1/4" blade, blade is 1/4" thick, marked "USMC" and " Made in the U.S.A." Clyde Cutlery stamp on left side of blade, wood grips w/brass rivets. Blade had very little scattered rust spots and very good polished finish, wood grip panels slightly worn due to aging, with some small scrapes. Includes dark brown leather scabbard with worn edges and cracking. Marked, "USMC Boyt 43" on belt loop . Overall excellent condition.
