^Lot 1051 Enfield / CAI No.4 MK2 .303 Brit. #458

British military bolt action rifle imported by CAI, St. Albans, VT (Underside of barrel). Features original finished metal, two piece straight gripped undercut stock with full length ribbed handguards, trapdoor buttplate, 25" barrel, bayonet lug, smooth curved trigger, protected blade front sight, rear peep sight with flip-up elevation ladder, sling swivels, detachable 10 round magazine, manual safety. Receiver and buttstock socket have been ground where the manufacturer markings were, bore is full of cosmoline, wood very good with some handling marks and metal retains its original finish. Buttstock has a disc with middle-eastern writing.
