^Lot 878 Deutsche Werke Ortgies .32 ACP #221218

Vintage blowback operated striker fired semi-automatic pocket pistol, manufactured in Germany circa 1919-1926. Features a blued finish, fixed 3.4” barrel, fixed low-profile sights with blade front & ‘v’ notched rear, smooth curved trigger, locking grip safety with push button release, heel magazine release, steel frame and smooth walnut grips with brass Deutsche Werke medallions. It's marked "Germany" on the dust cover. Crown "N" proofs on frame & slide. Pistol retains approximately 75% of its finish with a brown patina, it shows handling/edge wear, and pitting on the front of the slide. The action is sound, the bore is dirty but shows strong rifling, the markings are good and the wood grips are very good with minor handling blemishes. Includes (1) magazine that shows rust.
