High quality bolt action rifle made in 1965 by J.P Sauer, West Germany. Features a high polish blued finish, fancy figured walnut stock, 24" barrel, no provisions for sights, one piece Redfield scope base installed, manual safety on right side of bolt shroud, sling studs, 3 lug bolt, plum colored bolt shroud, swept back bolt handle, ventilated rubber recoil pad. Stock is Monte Carlo styled with contrasting grip cap & forend tip, white diamond inset on grip cap, curved grip, high combed right hand shadow line cheek piece, checkered panels at wrist & forend. Bore is excellent/bright. Retains 98% blue with some minor scratches. Stock is very good condition with a few minor blemishes.
