The HK45 Tactical pistol is made at HK’s American manufacturing facility in Columbus, GA, using American and German components. It was originally developed as part of the U.S. military’s Joint Combat Pistol program in 2005-2006. The HK45 Tactical model is the threaded barrel variant of the HK45 and comes standard with a threaded barrel, drift adjustable Truglo high profile sights, interchangeable backstraps, ergonomic finger grooved grips, textured trigger guard, ambidextrous paddle magazine release, ten round magazines, LEM trigger (Law Enforcement Module/ Variant 7), curved serrated trigger, internal locking mechanism, and a picatinney accessory rail. It also has a proprietary flat recoil spring which utilizes a polymer bushing sleeve to reduce the recoil. There is an O-ring on the threaded barrel for enhanced accuracy. Polymer frame is excellent. Bore is excellent. Overall finish is 98% with miniscule blemishes on the right side of the slide. Night sights still glow. It comes with the factory box, extra magazine, extra backstrap, internal lock key, and four spare O-rings.
