.45 Acp #110856.'Fully Transferable' WWII era U.S. Military contract closed bolt select fire submachine gun chambered in .45 Auto, manufactured circa 1941-1945. Over 100,000 Reisings were ordered during World War II, and were initially used by the United States Navy, Marine Corps, and the United States Coast Guard, though some were shipped to Canadian, Soviet, and other allied forces to fight the Axis powers. Features a parkerized finish, 10.8" barrel with 14 cooling fins, attached compensator, dovetailed blade/bead front sight, elevation adjustable aperture rear sight with retaining screw, operating rod placed inside the forearm, serrated trigger, three screw trigger guard, three-position selector with outward flanges, knurled take-down screw, two-piece magazine release, factory 20 round parkerized magazine, sling swivels and smooth one piece walnut pistol grip with ties through the forend. grasping grooves & partially serrated metal buttplate. SMG exhibits approximately 80% of it's thinned parkerized finish showing scattered brown tones, a few scattered scratches and some handling wear. Action is sound, the bore is excellent/bright and the wood stock is good with minor scratches & a 4" crack on the right side of the stock behind the ejection port. USGI green web sling attached.
