Featured in this lot is this collection of grave site pottery shards from Johnny Ringo's grave in Cochise County, Tombstone, AZ; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. This collection of pottery shards are in pieces with polychrome coloration and different shapes and sizes; and were found at Johnny Ringo's grave and were donated to the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum and kept on display there in the museum. There is an original museum tag that reads as follows: Pottery Shards Found Near Ringo's Grave. The condition of this collection of grave site pottery is shattered and in pieces, but the pieces are preserved with some fading to the shards but otherwise is in preserved condition. The measurements of this of the shards range from 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" to 1 1/4" x 7/8". The collective weight of these pottery shards is 10oz. IN-23
