^Lot 382 19th C. Men's Travel Shaving Lavatory Mirror

Featured in this lot is this men's travel shaving lavatory mirror circa 19th century. The mirror features a wonderfully and professionally crafted hard wood and oak veneer construction with two turned bone knobs at the pinnacle of the frame and a over arching lattice at the top of the mirror. The mirror backing is mounted with a advertisement on the back and shows two brass knobs on the outside of the mirror frame. The condition of this shaving mirror is well preserved with some slight chipping to the veneer border of the mirror and some patina to the bone knobs on the frame but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this shaving mirror is 14" x 33 3/8" x 5 7/8". The collective weight of this shaving mirror is 2lb 8oz.
