^Lot 183 Kittinger CW-37 Colonial Williamsburg Etagere

Featured in this lot is this Kittinger CW-37 Colonial Williamsburg revival Chippendale style mahogany Etagere originally circa 1760. The etagere is wonderfully and professionally crafted mahogany construction that shows a three shelf design in a Chippendale style with delicate fretwork on each side and shows two drawers at the bottom. The back and inside the drawer are marked as follows: Pattern No. CW 37 N - Serial No. 19 - Kittinger - Buffalo; and in the drawer: Kittinger Buffalo - Fine Furniture Since 1866 - Williamsburg - 4 CW XX - Restoration - Kittinger Buffalo. The condition of this etagere is preserved with a section of the second level of right shelving shows a large crack and missing piece of the shelf but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this etagere is 38 3/4" x 36" x 6 1/4". The collective weight of this etagere 16lb 2oz.
