^Lot 76 Ca. 1880 Tombstone, A.T. Double Loop Colt Holster

This is a fabulous, early circa 1880's Doble Loop leather healster for a Colt Single Action Army from a Tombstone, Arizona Territory gunfighter out of the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum collection. The holster features a wonderfully and professionally crafted leather construction that shows a double loop design that would house a Colt Single Action Revolver. The holster is unmarked but shows its quality in its craftsmanship. The condition of this leather holster is preserved for its age with wear to the leather consistent with age and one of the loops showing a fracture from the main body of the holster back. The measurements of this holster is 10 5/8" x 5 1/4". The collective weight of this holster is 4oz.
