Box marked 50 shot cartridges, 38 caliber for 1873 Winchester. Opened full box. Very good plus condition. Minor tatters and losses. 8.5 to 9 on 1-10 condition scale. Note: the last auction we had a lettered smooth bore 73 in this caliber and many were used for shooting glass balls in wild west shows like Buffalo Bill's.
