Lot 317 Chinese Hardstone Carved Camel
Chinese white heavy hardstone carved camel, depicting standing proud and tall, mouth agape. His body is incised with geometric designs throughout. Objects like this were placed in tombs of the wealthy in northern China during the Tang dynasty. Size 6 3/4" H, Weight 2.5 lb.. Condition: Some soiling else in overall good condition.
