Ottoman, Balkans, Caucasian gilt painted belt with 73 panels of embossed work. Reverse a stone inset panel with surrounding lames of embossed scales towards the front. Each side of the face with two large panels of cast scrolling and a central medallion. Signed to the reverse. Size 25" L x 1 1/2" W. Condition: Wear and patina throughout.
