Pre-64 Eastern Carbine Lever action repeating rifle manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1960. Features a blued finish, 20" tapered barrel, full-length tube magazine, dovetailed raised blade/bead front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sporting sight removed, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, two barrel bands, lever safety, smooth walnut forend and straight grip shoulder stock with carbine steel checkered buttplate. Bore is excellent, bright, strong rifling. Retains about 85% finish with edge/handling, scratches and some scuffs on the underside of the magazine with finish loss. Wood is good/sound with minor scratches/dings. and some finish loss from handling. Action is smooth.NRA Condition- Good+. C&R Firearm.
