^Lot 1626 Hungarian M44 7.62x54R SN: BC5186

Cold war era Hungarian military carbine, dated 1952. Features a 20" barrel with front post, and tangent rear sights, side folding 12" cruciform bayonet, integral magazine, with hinged floorplate. Blue is about 94% with minor scratches. Wood is very good, bore is excellent/bright. No import marks observed. Cleaning rod present. Matching serial numbers on barrel, floorplate, bolt and steel buttstock.
