^Lot 916a MAS/CAI Mle 1936 7.5mm SN: H13526

'Mummy Gun' French military semi-automatic service rifle chambered in 7.5x54mm, manufactured circa 1937-1952. Imported by CAI, Vermont marked on left receiver. The rifle is wrapped in the arsenal "mummy wrap" which remains primarily sealed with the exception of tears to the portion covering the receiver. Wrapped with cosmoline. Standard features include: parkerized finish, 22.5" barrel, spike bayonet, stacking hook, protected blade front sight, receiver mounted peep rear sight with tangent elevation slide, turned-down bolt, smooth wood handguard & forend, and pistol grip shoulder stock.
Condition is perceived to be NRA Perfect. C&R firearm.
