Manufactured in 1943-48. Standard Winchester markings including the factory proof on top of the barrel and receiver. Equipped with a beaded front sight mounted on a ramp with a removable hood and a Winchester 22 K sporting rear sight. Two thirds tubular type magazine with 5 cartridge capacity. Smooth American walnut pistol grip stock, and forearm and a checkered steel buttplate. 24" round barrel. Bore is excellent/bright, action is crisp/smooth, original blue finish is about 98% with very minor edge wear/scratches, wood is excellent. For this rifles age, it is in beautiful condition.
