Lot 1104 WW2 Hungarian M38 Combat Helmet
The Hungarian M38 helmet was based on the German M35 design. There are a few differences, including the placement of the split pins, liner design, and a bracket riveted to the back of the helmet used to secure the helmet to the knapsack when on the march. The three liner pin heads are marked "Crescent Reg. 8". (?). 3 lobe black leather liner & chin strap. Most of the original green paint.
