The Canadian Iconic 22 - the Cooey .. This is Model 39 Made by Winchester
The Cooey Model 39 was designed by Hubert Joseph Cooey in 1938/39.
Winchester took over the Cooey plant in 1961 and produced some fine rifles and
shotguns of Cooey design until 1979.
The Model 39 was a popular and very safe single shot trainer, we believe production
of that model stopped in 1965.
This one here is in very near Mint condition - a 9/10 for sure - One the the nicest Cooeys
we have seen for ages.
Everything about this gun appears 100% as if it came off the shelf in 1960..
A beauty collectible 22... We have put a RESERVE on it for $200 and that is a bargain
