This is a U.S. Military rifle that has been sporterized. Original thinning blue finish . 26" barrel with sights removed, manual safety, hinged floorplate, sling swivel studs. Smooth wood pistol-grip , cheek piece, original modified stock stock vented rubber recoil pad. Mounted with a vintage Weaver K4 scope with Echo base & rings, clear optics, scope has handling loss. Bore appears very good, strong rifling. Action is smooth, wood is sound with handling loss, "JP" is carved on right stock above the floorplate. NRA Condition-Good as Sporterized. Modern firearm.
