^Lot 474 Smith & Wesson 40 .38 SPL SNL8256

This is a small frame double action five shot revolver chambered for .38 special ammunition , manufactured 1971-1974. It has blued finish, with a 2" pinned barrel, ramp front sight, grip safety, notch rear, fluted cylinder, serrated trigger, hidden hammer. Revolver retain approx 95% of its original finish showing scattered, scratches, a drag line on the cylinder and lightly damaged screw heads on the sideplate. Action is sound with tight lock-up, the bore excellent and the stag grips are fine. Condition is NRA Very Good++ *Modern Firearm*
