SERIAL NUMBER: 353567. BARREL: 26". CALIBER: .30-06. MANUFACTRUED: 1918. Barrel is Remington production, and is dated "6-18" under a flaming bomb. Eddystone stock and rear sight. Winchester bolt. Eagles head proofs throughout. There are New Zealand style markings on the right side of the butt. No import marks found. Standard 1917 sights. Original blued finish. Oiled wood stock with smooth metal butt plate. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with general wear and some brown patina beginning to form. Wood has light finish wear, handling marks and scratches. Bore has minor pitting near the muzzle. Strong rifling retained. Mechanically fine. C&R
