Lot 1027 Iver Johnson Model 1900 38 cal SN: 8789

Solid frame double action revolver manufactured circa 1900-1941. Features nickel finish, blued trigger guard, case color hammer & trigger, checkered black hard rubber grips with "owl's head" emblems, 2.5" octagon barrel, fluted 5 shot cylinder, loads thru relief on right side of frame. Fixed blade front sight, rear sight is a notch in the hammer nose. Bore is fair to good, dark grooves, light pitting throughout. Nickel is fair overall, many patches of brown patina, some peeling & flaking. Blued triggerguard has faded to gray. Some case color visible on hammer. Grips are very good. Action is smooth with fair lock-up. Condition is NRA Fair *** C&R Firearm ***
