Lot 1625 JAVANESE KRIS.
Overall length: 16". Blade length: 10 1/2". A classic Javanese kris with patterned iron blade. The ferrule is silver with an incised design. The grip is highly carved, two toned wood similar to lignum vitae. Shaped kris style scabbard is completely made of wood. CONDITION: kris shows very light wear. Scabbard shows light wear with minor losses at the base. (02-17575/BF). $200-400.
