REVOLVER. Cal. 22 Short. S# 131859. Bbl. 3 3/16". S# is 696 numbers above the high range published but features fall into No 1 3rd Issue category. Nickel finished with smooth rosewood bird’s head grips that are serial numbered to the revolver. CONDITION: metal surfaces retain about 80% coverage with loss due to flaking finish, dings and spots of corrosion concentrated in the cylinder flutes. Grips show numerous fine to light dings, scratches and flaking finish. Bore is good, bright with solid rifling and scattered light pitting with some corrosion near the muzzle. (01-21556/CW).
