'1960 Kit Gun Magnum Rimfire' double-action revolver chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire. With no M prefix to the serial number and no diamond grip it makes this circa 1968. Features a blued finish, pinned 3 1/2" barrel with narrow rib, non-shrouded ejector rod, serrated ramp front sight, micrometer click adjustable rear window sight, fluted six-shot cylinder with recessed chambers, serrated trigger, semi-target hammer, square-butt J target frame and two-piece checkered walnut Magna grips with S&W medallions. Metal finish looks good with a small loss of blue at the muzzle, ejector rod, trigger guard and a drag line on the cylinder. Wood grips look good with one tiny scuff on the left grip in front of the S&W medallion. Bore looks very good, dusty. Condition is NRA Very Good *C&R Firearm*
