^Lot 397a Remington Rolling Block Pistol .22 Hornet

SN: 2082 Model 1871 Army issue pistol converted to .22 Hornet and marked "W.A. Sukalle Maker" on replaced barrel which was previously marked "22 Long Rifle - Lead Bullet" now XXX out. 10" 3-stage round barrel with added iron sights. Forend altered and reduced in size. Grip shows partial cartouche. Hammer and block polished and jeweled. Interesting to single-shot collectors. Condition is NRA Very Good ***Antique Firearm***
