Rifle, Bolt action. German military issue. WW2 era. Receiver has "bcd" code. (Gustloff Werke) and "4" (1944) Blued finish. Wood stock. 23.62" barrel. Serial number matched on receiver, barrel,barrel bands, bolt, rear sights, bolt sleeve, and safety lever. Stamped front barrel band, and triggerguard (byf) Eagle/swastika proofs, and waffenamts present. Wood is very good shape, with small dings/dents present. Bore is very good/bright. Action is crisp/tight. Metal finish is about 80% with edge/handling wear. No cleaning rod, Unmarked cupped steel buttplate.. No import marks. A really nice matched K98k. Includes a bayonet & sheath. NRA Condition-Very Good. C&R firearm.
