Lot 2573 SPANISH CAVALRY UNIFORM & FEZ.

A good example of a 1930s era Spanish 1st Guard Cavalry dress uniform. Uniform is black & red w/ silver colored buttons bearing a shield superimposed by "GC". White braided shoulder knots. Tails bear the embroidered Arms of Castille castle & rampant lion. Uniform also includes an unassociated Spanish red fez with a crown over crossed lances & crescent insignia on the front. CONDITION: uniform shows scattered moth tracks but remains solid. All buttons are present as is the tail insignia. Collar insignia are missing. Fez shows scattered moth damage but remains solid.
