Winchester Model 94 Lever Action Carbine, #3920389, .30-30 cal., 20'' round ''Proof Steel'' barrel, blued finish, straight-grip walnut stock and forend, black composition Winchester buttplate; there is a sling swivel stud mounted to the bottom edge of the buttstock and another on the bottom of the barrel. Sights include a hooded silver beaded front sight and sporting rear sight with elevator. Top of barrel and receiver are both Winchester proofed. Mfg'd 1973. Condition overall is very good with approx. 97% remaining metal finish. Receiver appears to have been reblued, with the new finish applied over very mild pinprick blemishes; right side with a few slight rust spots and scattered surface scratching. Barrel address is crisp. There is some rust and pitting on the rear sight. Wood with general small handling and use marks; no major blemishes. Crisp lever action, hammer and trigger operate smoothly. Bore is clean, rifling is near excellent. Est.: $300-$400. (Modern)
