CMP Special Grade Springfield M1 Garand Semi-Automatic Rifle, #5943411, .30-06 cal., 24'' barrel, parkerized finish, walnut stock, blade front sight with protectors and adjustable aperture rear sight, with new sling, clips, manuals, and a plastic CMP transport case. Marked on receiver tang ''U.S.RIFLE CAL .30 M1 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY''. Right side of barrel is marked ''CBI'' and ''07/16''. Bolt, operating rod, trigger housing, and hammer are all marked ''SA''. Hang tag says muzzle reading is ''OT'' and throat reading is ''1''. Condition overall is excellent as completely refurbished, with metal surfaces retaining all of its parkerized re-finishing. The new wood stock and handguards are in excellent condition. There is a stamped ''CMP'' cartouche on left side of forend. The new barrel is excellent with sharp rifling, action is smooth.
