IBM M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine, #3774284, .30 Carbine cal., 18'' barrel, parkerized finish, round bolt, walnut stock, blade front sight with protecting ears and adjustable aperture on ramp rear sight, with a U.S.G.I. green cotton sling and oiler. No magazine. Marked on receiver ring ''U.S.CARBINE CAL.30 M1'', and marked ''I.B.M. CORP.'' on receiver tang. Barrel behind front sight is marked with a worn ''I.B.M. CORP./11-43/(flaming bomb)''. Rright side of buttstock is stamped with ''(crossed cannons)'' of the U.S. Ordnance Dept. Condition overall is very good with metal surfaces retaining approx. 85% finish. Wood is good with overall darkening and handling marks. Action is smooth; bore has a couple of pitting spots toward the muzzle, otherwise bright with very good rifling. No visible import marks.
