Lot 358 Uberti Commemorative Gabriel Dumont Rifle
Non-restricted, Uberti Mod Winchester Gabriel Dumont Commemorative Rifle "Prince of the Plains, 44-40, lever action, 23.5" octagonal barrel, SN GD0275. Wood stock is in good condition, but has several light scratches. Bluing is good. Action has many very small marks on the top, but nothing else. Bore is excellent. Rifle is stamped "Cat 1570, 44-40" on the left side ofthe barrel and "Gabriel DuMont Prince of the Plains" on the right side of the barrel, as well as "No 275 of One Thousand" on the upper tang. There is a medallion saying "Le Petit" on the right side of the butt stock.
