Non-restricted, 12ga 3", 28" tri barrels, SN TC5680. Wood stock has many shallow scratches and heavily fading finish. Bluing has many scratches and some patches of light surface rust. Bores are all good. Comes with case, original owner's manual, choke wrench, and 7 choke tubes.
