Mosin Nagant 91/30 bolt action rifle, 7.62 x 54R caliber, Serial #48940. The rifle is in very good to nearly fine overall condition with a 29” barrel with an aircraft style front and military tanget rear sights. Therifle retains nearly all of the military finish with numerous Russian proofs, acceptance and import marks with the front ring dated 1940. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition with a canvas sling andrubber recoil pad. The rifle is topped with a one-piece mount and an AIM 3 x 9 x 40 rifle scope. The bore is fair and the action is crisp on this WWII era Nagant. Est.: $300-600 (C+R).
