Colt 1851 Navy percussion revolver in .36 caliber finely bank note scroll engraved, gold banded, ivory grips, S/N 175761. Gray to brown patina finish with good markings and near fine grips with pleasant patina that are original to the era. Safety pins remain and sharp markings. The engraving is English in style and of the best quality. The gold inlay is similar to a set presented to Capt. West from Sam’L Colt on the cover of Joe MurphyCollection book. All matching numbers.
